But for IGPK, he has filed all the quarterly, EOY, and filed the 8Ks as he said he would. Albeit later than he said but still. He has done what he said.
Truth be told, there is ZERO money coming into this sector of OTC. I have a bunch of other tickers and they haven't seen volume in months.
Just because the PPS isn't skyrocketing doesn't mean its a scam. There is no interest right now. You can lead a horse to water.......
