Lets be frank..it has been over 3 years that they said that merger with velocity had been announced…but it still has not been consumed. First, it was the migration to a new management system, then getting current with financial filings, then attorney letter and so on….what could be the reason now for not going through with merger? Unless they never meant to happen other than lip service..
