Multicellp450, I believe you have interpreted Megas' email wrongly. He would go on a year long rest from this mess, IF
the SEC decides to investigate for another year . The SEC is famous for slowness. Why wait around for a year, if the SEC decides to apply its "no time frame" investigations upon investigations, which as we all know by now is effectively a stall tactic.
