A combination of factors. At the beginning of this year the market capitalization exceeded $20 million, far too high compared to the company’s reported revenues and growth prospects. Additionally there has been a lot of dilution throughout the course of this year. Outstanding shares now exceed 1.5 billion. But we are now in a situation where the market capitalization is less than $1 million. I believe this is oversold and with a cessation of dilution the share price is now primed for a move up. Conservatively assigning a market cap of $3 million to this growing company puts the share price at 0.002. That’s my initial target but any decent run with momentum could blow past that price.
