I agree this isn’t what I’d call a home run, but I think it’s a solid base hit. I don’t agree it changes potential share value or dividends. Dividends are paid by profits/number of outstanding shares, and market cap is calculated by share price * number of outstanding shares. The company’s perceived value will be reflected in the market cap and not the share price.
My only heart burn is the dilution is higher than I expected, but ya gotta make hay while the sun shines.
