If that was the case, we will be in the trips. The offering will have to be amended again. I expect the show to start rolling. The real question is does anyone know where the offering actually stands? I haven’t seen any proof of a states approval.

I agree. Consider ANY tweet from JK to be placating fodder. Only when SHs see an actual PR or SEC compliance disclosure can VXIT action be verified.

Newbies buying in can be 'sure' of inherent value due to the current undervalued share price. Yet, also be sure, as longs can attest, that buying these 'cheapies' now will also be 'much' cheaper tomorrow...given the 2-year trend line of depression.
