There’s a theory that he is possibly working on a settlement with Intel to buy the company. Maybe it won’t matter if intel buys all the shares at a set price.
If that isn’t the case then it’s really negligent to not get the filings done so the stock can trade. It would probably be rallying now given all the latest developments.
