Has the case been heard in court yet? No. Again, when the court makes their decision, no doubt it’ll be posted, why not wait for that to actually occur? I don’t know why it’s so urgent to try this court case on social media?

The last one that was tried on social media was supposedly a sure thing, instead it was Voluntarily Dismissed on May 16, 2022, Less than a WEEK after it was filed, HUGE oof. Seems very odd to me, and Misinformation as well.

What’s priceless is the sanctions that were already filed against ASTA. Why haven’t they be paid?

Plus I’m truly wondering why the PRs were altered? Unfortunately I saw more than one public PR edited, Mick said “Astra Veda will continue to do its own part to advance our own financial disclosure practices and identify and pursue those who have engaged in other illegal securities activities involving our stock including disseminating false and misleading social media statements.”.

Why wasn’t that done? Why no PR setting the record straight? Transparent oof.

That’s why thorough DD is so important, especially on this EM tier. I don’t know why this court case is repeatedly tried on TWITTER / social media when it’s not even in court yet. Oof.
