They do not have any proof, or evidence that there is a court case ongoing on Discover Minerals, and they have so many claims and accusations against $DSCR & the people behind it? Their posts and talks are pure heresy!
This is like the case of Justin Costello of recent where he is charged with 22 counts of Fraud by Wire and 3 counts of Securities Fraud Costello also allegedly defrauded private investors in his companies and engaged in several pump-and-dump schemes. Costello allegedly made numerous claims to potential private investors, none of which were true, Kinda like what we have going on here.

Under Wyoming Law
The increase in the AS is warranted under the Wyoming Law the corporation is under. There is no accounting error as said by others, this is only one class of shares. Company is currently working and Q4 will be posted soon, moving forward to becoming PINK. Under CE status I can sell my shares, no appointment necessary but I can not purchase shares at this time.
17-16-1005. Amendment by board of directors.
(a) Unless the articles of incorporation provide otherwise, a corporation's board of directors may adopt amendments to the corporation's articles of incorporation without shareholder approval:
(i) To extend the duration of the corporation if it was incorporated at a time when limited duration was required by law;
(ii) To delete the names and addresses of the initial directors;
(iii) To delete the name and address of the initial registered agent or registered office, if a statement of change is on file with the secretary of state;
(iv) If the corporation has only one (1) class of shares outstanding:
(A) To change each issued and unissued authorized share of the class into a greater number of whole shares of that class; or
(B) To increase the number of authorized shares of the class to the extent necessary to permit the issuance of shares as a share dividend.
(v) To change the corporate name by substituting the word "corporation," "incorporated," "company," "limited," or the abbreviation "corp.," "inc.," "co.," or "ltd.," for a similar word or abbreviation in the name, or by adding, deleting, or changing a geographical attribution for the name;
(vi) To reflect a reduction in authorized shares, as a result of the operation of W.S. 17-16-631(b), when the corporation has acquired its own shares and the articles of incorporation prohibit the reissue of the acquired shares;
(vii) To delete a class of shares from the articles of incorporation, as a result of the operation of W.S. 17-16- Updated 07.01.2021 Page 99 of 199 631(b), when there are no remaining shares of the class because the corporation has acquired all shares of the class and the articles of incorporation prohibit the reissue of the acquired shares; or
(viii) To make any change expressly permitted by W.S. 17-16-602(a) or (b) to be made without shareholder approval.
The Criminal Conspiracy comes into focus, as the pieces start to come together. These culprits need to be brought to justice, and made an example of. The are the cancer of the American Dream and fueled by a common motive consisting of an attitude and culture, and they executed their business model.
This was a gross violation and is allowed to survive because of the culprits operating under the radar screen of small scams, via a rinse and repeat format.
Rumor has it, that complaints have been filed with the SEC against those who are spreading false information about DSCR in order to manipulate the stock's value.
FBI is already following up on a few
So far the SEC should be contacted, and also the cyber division of the FBI needs to be notified as per criminal activities henceforth by the perpetrators at large.
