That insiders will participate in the Lock Up is really not a big deal, as they have constantly said they are not selling, as they are building a long term legacy enterprise.
It will in essence entitle them to whatever the "perk" is for not selling, which they were not going to do anyway. So they will probably be the ones getting the most advantage.
