I did not understand that ITUP or Cow Capital will spend its own money to buy either aeroplanes or gold. Somehow I thought that this money would either be borrowed or financed by all those who are expected to buy the tokens

Well, it's a mix. Yes and no. One of the benefits of the SPACS is that they can put money at work (invest) STRAIGHT AWAY, and get it back from the SDIRA clients later. Let's not get into the details here (because I don't know). I'm sure you understand what I mean. They need working capital (at the very least in some cases).

Assuming that you are right it becomes all the more important for Cow Capital to buy assets that appreciate in value rather then the opposite

What you mean is, assets that generate cash flow. Yes, exactly right. And airplanes do provide a good revenue stream (cash flow) once they are financed, from the ticket sales.... That is why it is high on the list of WM products.
