Fusion Fuel
are making green hydrogen on site. have been for about a year but only now been permitted to pipe it into natural gas pipes in Sines Portugal.
They have a number of othe rporjects underway https://fusion-fuel.eu/

their HEVO Solar panel does exactly what HYSR purports to - it generates hydrogen at the solar panel, just that it uses regular panel technology and has the electrolyser behind it. Still it create hydrogen "off grid" as you don't need any extra supply - although you can attach to the rid to generate over night as well and so capture the oxygen as well)

HEVOs are affixed to the back of each high-efficiency concentrated photovoltaic ("CPV") panel to make a HEVO-Solar generator. When integrated with high-efficiency concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) tracker, the HEVO is able to leverage 100% of the energy from the sun - both electrical and thermal - to improve the efficiency of the electrochemical reaction and reduce the levelized cost of green hydrogen.
In a location with 2,100 KWh/m2/year of direct normal irradiance - like Southern Portugal - each HEVO-Solar can produce one ton of green hydrogen per year using only solar power

Their new factory is fully automated making the HEVO Panels with the electrolyser en-masse for the orders they now have

remind me when HYSR has ever published any numbers about production per KWH/m2 of sunlight
