MONI, via its press releases has clearly stated it is developing is own wallet. It was actually verified in the last stage of pre-launch of the platform. This feature if course will allow you to move your assets off of the blockchain into a wallet. I would assume this feature will be announced in the very near future.
However, this is not the primary focus of this platform. They are not promoting this as a trading platform but rather a gifting one.

To add.
I do not think it is far fetched to see MONI will eventually have all of the capabilities that Coinbase does. After all, the very architecture of the coinbaae platform was designed by the very engineers now working with MONI. If yiu take a look a Coinbase, it is divided into two platforms, one for holding crypto, and the other (pro) for trading. I think we will see both here, along with gifting.
