I am concerned that we don't have a business person running the company. I see that she is a well qualified biologist but we need someone to run the business and start us on the path of making money or some kind of partnership to advance us beyond where we are as of this moment.

Here is a link to an interview. She sounds very knowledgeable and credible but I would still prefer someone with business experience.
