Ben from synergy managemnt told once that if he transfers the ownership of a shell sometimes the restricted shares of the company are unknown who has them. And that the first thing the new owners best do is to reverse split so that the shares of the restricted shares become meaningless. So I would be very careful thinking that the restricted shares are allready taken by insiders. I hope I’m wrong.
