GS got custodianship of $GVSI on May 4, 2021 so it would be no big deal that there would be a few issues/delays back then. However, according to this, there have been NO COURT FILINGS (at least not here!) from June 15, 2021 through July 6, 2022. That's a period of about 13 months.
