Why have a phone number or email if you cant answe questions. Lots of errors in that 10K. I sent him a email pointing them out and asking for clarification, he wont respond but he will have to respond to SEC if they dont correctly show losses. This scam is being exposed...

The 10K states the companys phone number, website has the email and hes approachable on twitter
