Was it liquidated?

How would it still be restructuring if it was liquidated?

Why do you not understand that this shifted from US bankruptcy court to Canadian CCAA which resulted in a total liquidation?

BioAmber was liquidated and shut down, no employees, no assets, no operations, with the unpaid debt still attached to the corporation. That's the very definition of bankrupt.
Sorry.

I wonder why you didn’t ask her what will happen to BioAmber since it hasn’t paid its taxes in years, has been liquidated, has no BOD and hasn’t made any of its required filings.
The fact that it started as a chapter 11 and was switched to a chapter 15 because it was a cross boarder scenario isn’t news it’s fact LOL!
Once again it is proven that the “good things coming to BioAmber crew” have ZERO knowledge of how the real world works and continue to live it fantasy land.

Since a worker at the help desk said - "she also confirmed that BIOAMBER IS NOT BANKRUPT!!!"

On what exchange is Bioamber trading?

"Bioamber officially ceased operations in August 2018', all directors of the company resigned & PriceWaterhouseCoopers proceeded forward in court authorized control of the company's fate."

Who are the D & Os of Bioamber and why haven't they issued a press release in years?

Did you ask the person why the Judge ordered a liquidation of Bioamber when it wasn't Bankrupt - I guess the Judge was just kidding.

I guess the Sarnia Journal needs you to call them and tell them Bioamber isn't Bankrupt.

"BioAmber was the flagship for a cluster of fledgling bio-based “green” companies in Sarnia before it declared bankruptcy and ceased operations in 2018, leaving 60 people unemployed.

After buying the plant and investing millions, LCY Biosciences Inc. is today producing more succinic acid than its predecessor did."

This is the Black Knight Theory of investing - the Black Knight's arm is cut off and he says Tis but a scratch.

Bioamber investors lose everything and 4 years later - Tis just a secret plan.

Thanks for providing irrefutable clarification on the matter of BioAmber, Inc., and bankruptcy, which as you noted the courts specify it did not occur. It is a mystery why so many keep disputing this matter.

In addition, it's also a mystery why, in terms of time, some folks can't comprehend the fact that Covid -- where in some states ... uh ... like Delaware -- government employees were locked down; assemblies were limited to a fixed number of people, as few a 6 in some places. Add to that the fact that two judges died in the interim, over and above the machinations going on behind the scene. I can't imagine the corporate players and the courts were sprinting along during the two years following January 2020. Do you think work might have piled up? [Just askin'.]

One question regarding financing: Do you happen to know what role KKR played in moving the process along in the summer of 2018, over and above providing LCY with sizeable financial backing, whatever its nature ... uh ... before the first judge passed away? Can you clarify this? Thanks.

You're doing and you've done a great job, Sir.
