IMO retail isn't selling!!!!!
low volume indicates algorithms are playing with themselves....
I would imagine some liquidation with institutions and others...liquidation in major way will change the rules....one day will not tell the tale....but IMO there are some interesting factors effecting market place based on some DD
sept and october will be interesting but November will really be exciting....
