The answer lies in interpretation.

OT:Remember the disclaimers provide safety for companies likes AMHD by including gaps through which our largest aircraft carriers could transverse without anything sticking to them. Its only when outright blatant misinformation is published that there will ever be any consequence for them and even then there is no way for the investors to recover anything unless you can take satisfaction that some find there way into prisons.

Sorry d_macks, and I do agree that many of us stand to take big losses (again what is big is an individual thing). I am pushing my losses to about 80% at this point. Miracles do happen and I am hoping for one.

the property being up for sale is not a new event...it's been up for sale right along

I don't see those statements as contradicting...so point that out

D Macks/RE: Sketchy

Aziz and Giles bear considerable watching. I hate to use the word scam, but it may fit if nothing happens in May.

Why would they go to the expense of installing a facility in a building that is for sale? Do they have a lease that cannot be broken by the future owner? This is all sounding like a "Second Rate" operation!!

Be careful and watch closly is my advise. Of course, the above is MHO.
