Webslinger, correct. Anyway, cannot exercise till September 2023.
A lot of the Directors have options that can be exercised now, but they were awarded at least a year ago when the stock price was much higher, therefore, they are not currently in the money. Exercising them is not prudent until the stock goes above the strike prices of those options which I think were in the 0.30+ range.
