The toxic death spiral convertible holders are going to have a hard time dumping stock if they have run out of buyers.

They will have to drive the price down much lower to entice people to buy the cheapies from here. But that is what happens in the toxic death spiral. They eventually run out of buyers and the stock, and company, dies.
