The explanation...Neither can you!!! Your party is the one making it a phony issue. If you want to blame Biden then you have to acknowledge that the price of gas has gone down and give him credit for it.

Putin's invasion of Ukraine (not the US President) was a major cause of the price increase because it removed a significant portion of the gas supply from the market. Biden countered that by releasing US oil reserves and jawboning oil producing countries into increasing production. Tell us how Putin loving Trump would have handled that?
