What I have been expecting since the first of the year. They need to split the stock and get back to converting debt. Who would expect that they would let multiple notes go into default and only be able to convert $150K in the first 9 months of this year. They converted nearly a billion shares in Q3 and Q4 and are still buried in debt. It looks like the terms of their notes makes further "dilutive issuance" problematic below .001.
