Couple things to consider--there is no 13D. That was dissolved after not getting on slate. So maybe you can also sue the "confederacy"--good luck .

Don't you , as a shareholder, ever want progress with Leronlimab?? Instead of tilting at windmills--perhaps pursue who/why a registered S-3 (supposedly) was NOT used to raise maximum funds for CYDY--but instead of selling those shares at mkt price--someone decided to sell into private placements--at below mkt prices and pay fees and commissions and include free warrants that further dilutes??

Sorta sad from year to year the deflect that shows up and gets incentivized to post rumors and falsehoods wrapped in hopes and fairydust .

Just I.E.--for the "amawrecks gonna pay" and CYDY is cleaning up their act crowd--take a few mins --check clinical trials . gov. Check out the Leronlimab trials. Some updated in JUL 2022. Still show amarex as CRO. I know some believe there is all this progress with some "new" CRO and a "new" mouse study and the safe sex monkeys got $$. Yet the more things change--well they don't. Just more shares--options --freebies for mngmt/board.
