That was an estimate, not a firm promise or commitment. Deals can sometimes take longer to close than first expected. Don't be disappointed or panicky if there is not an announcement this week. It could be mid-October. It could be later. Whenever they make the announcement, it should be very positive news, just maybe a little later than we would like.
