But note that this is an illustrative calculation that assumes a Share Price of $10.00, 59.9 million Shares Outstanding and a resulting Pro-forma Equity Value of $598.5 million.

In my understanding, the percentage of the new entitiy being held by existing shareholders in NB will be higher, if the equity value of all niocorp shares at the time of closing is more than 600 million. For example, if the deal is closed at a share price of 4 $ per share and 300 million shares outstanding, i.e. a equity value of 1.2 Billion $, the percentage of the new entity being held by existing shareholders will be 80% (1.2 billion/1.5 billion).

Correct?
