I expect some dilution to “grease the gears”…… but, I’m not excited about hearing of only one dot contract. If that turns into a few contracts, other business prospects, ect, then I wouldn’t mind (if dilution isn’t gross)…… we will see how this pans out…… even if it does, will investors care enough?
