Yes, news can move it some, but the big moves are most likely made when MMs have to cover their shorts or naked shorts. This has been an ongoing saga with many companies and is well known. Especially with AABB.
And, to the contrary, "good news" has made this go down. Why would that be??? Heavy shorting and manipulation pure and simple.
This has run up pretty high at least a couple of times with no news.
Shorts that are reported seem to be minimal and a natural part of trading, but Naked Short shares are something that no one knows the actually count of as they are not reported or known. It's called criminal activity and it runs rampant, especially in the OTC.
