We're approaching the 4th year anniversary of the closing of the liquidation sale of BioAmber's assets, which included the plant and patents. It is all right there in black and white in the 6th monitor's report. So the "control of the patents" thing is settled with respect to BioAmber. We're beyond 4 years since the directors and officers of the company resigned, and in a few months it'll be 3 years since the ticker for the stock was deleted. BioAmber is gone.
So, umm, all the technology owned by Bioamber was sold to LCY/Visolis in a very public, signed APA. There is no "struggle" to control former Bioamber's technology.
