This is no coordination or collusion between the courts or judges. This is taking a long time because the attorneys are the ones that keep delaying and extending.
If the plaintiff lawyers were any good they would have clearly explained the case to the judges to make them understand. and brought it to the right forum Just look at the witness list, why aren't there more witnesses who wrote HERA and the NWS on there? The plaintiff lawyers are lousy. They also should have known what the proper remedy is instead of asking for nonsense like wiping out jps as an alternative remedy. On several instances the cases were tossed because of a failure to state a claim, that is inexcusable and a rookie mistake. No faith in these plaintiff lawyers at all.
This case is beyond easy but the lawyers got deep pocketed clients that can pay for time and they are taking full advantage of that..
