I do not have concerns about permanent damage from memantine. I do think there is a possibility that withdrawing from an extended usage of memantine could possibly have impacts that created the placebo issue. In other words I can see a positive wildcard that some are not taking into consideration. May be nothing. May be something. Not expecting a negative
