Don't tell me he's pulling another of his "FINRA approved dividend" scams. He tried that again last year with PRPM and BDGR. For those that don't know.. FINRA "does not approve or disapprove corporate actions" such a dividends, splits etc. When Eddie said he was "waiting on FINRA's approval" he was lying
