You don't need a shareholder meeting when just board approval is needed which I've posted many times.

FACTS:
1. Under investigation for fraud;
2. $74 dollars in the bank;
3. Lies on its own website that it is OTCQB;
4. Actually Caveat Emptor/Shell Risk;
5. Lied about the DSC coin being backed by $100,000,000 in assets.

The more due diligence you do the sicker this scam of a company will make you.
