If true, it would only affect the SOL date for claims made by that specific PP purchaser and would require that specific PPer to have relied on a specific misrepresentation of CMW as a material reason that they bought the current PP (if any was in fact made).

It does NOTT affect the SOL dates for all prior purchasers of PPs or retail stock purchases.
