Tell ya what. Russia has two floating nuclear powered generator ships. Pull up, plug into the grid and there ya go. Pure genius. Any of our aircraft carriers can do the same, but they are nothing compared to what the freaks Russia has in moth balls. But again, only problem Russia has, it must relie on Germany for spare parts.
