I've been holding because I felt that the judge presiding over this case would ultimately find Calucci in the wrong and remove him as Co-CEO, as well as sanction him for securities violations and other illegalities.
What's confusing to me is why a former Nevada SOS is the new CEO with zero in the way of working knowlege on how to run this company. UNLESS, he received a crash course over the past few weeks that he has been mediating between Colucci and Lisa.
Regardless hopefully "the company" can get back on track with the merger and the shorts will cover
