philly was always bad, cant imagine it much worse. My buddy lives

nearby and we went to a Pitt vs Temple game at noon years ago. My
friend said, we will have a couple beers but we will drink when we
get back around my house.

I also went to the vet for a baseball game at night. The parking lots
were not comforting..

Tell you the truth- I wouldnt go to New York or Philly again in my life.

NO way- now that criminals have the upper hand in the leagal system
and dont get much jail time or bails
