I do agree that those are valid points that you have brought up, but let me answer them like this to understand why I have zero concerns.

For me, I could care less what state it's registered through just as long as it is registered. In my opinion, it has nothing to do with the price of tea in China.

BitGift has not shown up in the MONI filings because of the time frame from when it was officially launched. I'm guessing that we will see BitGift in future filings. Let's wait and see on that. For inquiring minds though, confirmation that MONI owns BitGift was stated in their PR and is stated here within their OTC Markets Company Profile page:

OTC Markets has a legitimate and strenuous process to make sure that whatever is listed within a company's profile is true and accurate as part of the company obtaining Pink Current Information Status of which MONI has achieved.

In my opinion, it's still early. I believe that you will see MONI and BitGift be included on each other's site and within the filings at some time in the future as this is something that I know that was brought to the company's attention before you mentioning it here. I still believe that we are going to be better than fine here with MONI.
