HEY... wait.. is the reason he hasn't answered the questions because he KNOWS he (or a friend) altered the FINANCIALS which had a "forensic audit" that has been discussed.

Let's all remember... "an expert is someone who knows more and more about Less and less"..

To cut the auditor (if he is legit) a break... would he know that MD or a friend had altered the financials? Most likely NOT.
