First, since AVVH is a Form 15 company there isn't anyway way to know the true share structure since Forms 3, 4 and 5 don't have to be reported. And the financials aren't audited.

All of these hijacked shells have hidden notes or as they are called top drawer notes.

And it is guaranteed that Cooley and friends have been dumping stock.
