HPNN has no assets, so there is no divie to provide.
Plus, HPNN debtholders, including the one $9 million debtholder (not disclosed on HPNN books) all need to be paid first. The California and IRS tax liabilities would need to be paid first. The around $600K owed to Delaware (not shown on the books) would need to be paid first.

And HPNN is not current (on Administrative Hold) and has not gotten a transfer agent "confirmed" on OTC Markets confirmed, either.

Plus, HPNN has disclosed that it (and HPNN investors) own no part of digitalnothing.

HPNN is basically a worthless shell fraught with fraud and lies by the felon
