Honestly there really isn't any reason why it's not doing well. Except for a few minor things like not being able to file correctly and getting the yield sign slapped on every quarter it seems.
There just isn't money coming into OTC like years past.
But the run to .03 was not organic and on the Merit of the company. There was literally hundreds of .000 stocks that ran the same November 20 - Feb 21 and ALL have gone back down to previous run levels. CBDD is not unique with this chart.
CBDD however is unique with their revenue flow and catalysts but none of that is reflecting in the PPS.
