CEO’s of public American companies either need to produce content in proper English, or have people who can proof read the content before it is made public.

No excuse for saying Head Quarter instead of Headquarters.
No excuse for the screw ups on the website.

Alan and Savior Jerome speak English as their first languages.

The only excuses come those who ignore facts.

No excuse for that either.

Nothing wrong with saying Maxine screwed up and that things like this are not okay. In fact, responsible shareholders should demand he fix the issues, so new eyes don’t get the impression that the company is a total joke, even if that is true.

Fact - for hundreds of CEO’s, English os not their first language, but nobody would know that because the public information about their companies are well written and understood in English.

Nothing wrong with saying it is ridiculous that for the past 5 years these types of things have occurred with POSRMX, and it’s a bad look that they continue in late 2022.

He speaks English well enough to show $0 revenue, zero products for sale, zero technology patents, millions in deficit, an $883,000 lawsuit judgement that needs to be paid, and running out of cash in the bank by 11-1-22.

Those all things that everyone can understand, though some choose to ignore.
