S4 filed in July takes 90 to 150 days for SEC approval....

Tingo is doing their rounds, but we should hear something Oct - Dec.... so if its going to be like HKD or ATXG accumulate if you can imo.

Ive got a tranch of shares just holding until Nasdaq debut! Im also bidding lower just incase some bids get wacked
