I know what you mean but he actually invested ALL of the Company's working capital (current assets - current liabilities), which happened to be half of its cash.
But that's just a bookkeeping distinction.
The last election of directors was the opportunity to address your "dictator" concern but the majority of votes were cast in favor of what you see as a dictatorship. Such is life on the OTC. One's only choices are to suck it up or sell.
