they sure are not behind us. Believe it or not, I do put myself on a very low pedestal. Life experiences left me, early on, not to expect too much. I surprised myself. Did well enough in life to rise in the middle-class world to where I do not have to worry where my next meal will come from and I do have a rather nice roof over my head. Still, no star for me.
I did expect more from the VXIT CEO. I respected him. Until... I guess it comes down to expectations of others. I obviously had too high of an expectation from this CEO. I do attempt in doing my DD that I choose to also reflect on the confidence I have on the CEO. DD gave JK high marks.
But operating in a WS hedge fund/investment arena with solid connections does not necessarily ensure that he will be successful in the business world. I give him credit for trying but now I realize he is not as well rounded as I concluded prior to buying into VXIT.
No one is perfect (including myself) yet often decisions are made with the perception that they are. Now I live with knowing both myself and JK still have a lot to learn. I just hope that both of us emerge successfully from the knowledge gained from new lessons learned.
