I agree that "The CEO of Ipix is Leo Ehrlich and he will remain the CEO until he isn't" and I would expect that that condition will persist. He has his holdings and the support of at least one neighborhood director and yourself and like minded individuals to rely on.
But the question asked in the post you responded to was a broader one: "....do you think a CEO who has been this lax in his/her duties has any place as the Chief Executive and Financial Officer of a public company?"
Perhaps you don't think he has been lax and that he has had some ulterior motive for allowing the Company's revocation by Nevada and the loss of its spot on the OTCQB? Anything's possible, right?
