Why not ask him why management has deemed 3 cents (or even under) the correct price for any RS that happens? Not 5 cents. Not 10 cents. Not 20 cents.

Because I asked him that 8 months ago and he had no real answer other than to say that is the plan. I was dumbfounded to say the least. I sat there on the phone and said how does that make any rational sense. He just said again...that is the plan.
They are purposely trying to keep the share price low. As a shareholder....that should outrage ALL OF YOU. Absolutely and completely make you boil over.
But they don't care about you. Isn't that obvious by now?
And....Everyone should just stop with all of this talk about Met and any other drug they have. If the drug was worth that much, it never would have been made available so cheaply to get the license for. Drug companies are not in the habit of just giving away billion dollar drugs.
This entire company is predicated on one thing. To give the appearance of a legit bio tech company, stalling for time and talking behind the scenes to people to give the appearance of something BIG coming...ala dangling the carrot. All the while management is selling shares and enriching themselves.
