I suppose that depends on who instigated the tree removal. There is an outside chance that the people removing the trees to use the wood told NioCorp they would do it for free if they could do it now.
But obviously I’m of the mind that NioCorp instigated since they are pulling stump also, plus there is also other relevant work being done.

Question I would have is how long has this work activity actually been happening prior to Richard and our on the ground DD team informing us.

The answer is NO!! This is 'NOT" a coincidence. If Colddarkhole is correct with his statement of "That is most likely a normal infrastructure project that has been going on in SE Nebraska for years." This is the biggest MIND FU*! of all time and our management team should all be fired lol. I happen to think with the upmost certainty the work being done is for The WORLD CLASS NIOCORP MINING PROJECT that will soon be all over the main stream media with people saying damn.... I should of invested in this company when it was only .80 a share now its trading at $30 bucks a share.
